Nicolaus Copernicus (aug 14, 1473 – jan 26, 1543)
Description:
He was an important figure because of his theory of heliocentric conception. This theory influenced many scientists and is said to be start of the Scientific Revolution. Questions were being asked and it became a significant shift in the period of knowledge.
