John Calvin's Geneva (jul 17, 1622 – jan 17, 1664)
Description:
John Calvin was a French theologian, pastor, and reformer in Geneva during the Protestant Reformation. From his preaching and sermons came a new branch of Protestantism called Calvinism, which believed that humans are predestined to a fate and theory's of absolutism.
Geneva became the center for Calvinists and he was able to influence many as well as helping the Protestant Reformation, which is why this is catogarized under IS.
