Louis XII and Cardinal Richelieu (aug 14, 1610 – apr 13, 1643)
Description:
Cardinal RIchelieu ruled in Louis' place because he got the throne so young. Together they took away rights given to the Huguenots and established an absolute monarchy. He also built up Frances navy making it a force to be reckoned with.
