Council of Trent (sep 24, 1545 – may 9, 1563)
Description:
It was a gathering of Roman Catholic Church officials in response to the Protestant Reformation. They got togehter to discuss how to hault the reformation, with a Counter Reformation. It worked very efectively and gained much support that they lost and more.
