First Recorded Ball Game Involving Kicking (jan 1, 5000 BC – mar 7, 300 BC)
Description:
The first recorded version of a "soccer" based game was a game called Cuju in Ancient China between 5000 BC and 300 BC. It bore many similarities to modern football such as points being gained by kicking through a net and being played with a round ball. It is the earliest recorded form of a kicking game.
