Second King David's reign (nov 10, 1011 BC – feb 26, 970 BC)

Description:

After the death of the first king, Saul, David was appointed to be the king. Before that, David was prosecuted due to Saul's strong envy, so David had to flee for his life. God later also made a covenant with David. David is an important character in Jewish history; he is the king who established the capital in Jerusalem. He is a very faithful person and had a close relationship with God for the most of the time (Tanakh; History).
