Description:
The Italian philosopher wrote the Oration on the Dignity of Man, one of the most famous Renaissance texts. He wrote about religion, philosophy, science, and was highly disliked by the Catholic Church, being one of the most prominent humanists. He was a philosopher, creating new ideas and individual thought (OS).
