John Calvin’s Geneva (jan 1, 1541 – jan 1, 1549)
Description:
After splitting from Catholicism, John urged the Protestant reformation occurring in Geneva. He preached from the Bible, wrote many pamphlets, and was prominent in many schools. He also believed that God was the sovereign power, and Geneva should be "God on Earth".
