Description:
A gathering of Elites for the purpose of writing a new constitution. They discussed every problem except for slavery. The only mention of slaves was in the 3/5 compromise.
As a result of only mentioning the slaves in the three-fifths compromise, the problem of slavery and slave trade was not solved. This lead to the CIvil War.
