Luddite Uprisings and the Swings Riots (16h 43min, jan 5, 1811 y – 12h 58min, jan 9, 1830 y)
Description:
Groups of people across England targeted the most explosive employers by machine breaking. In the north this manifested itself as the Luddite uprisings, destroying machines in the south, the Swing Riots breaking threshing machines. these groups were pro worker's rights and not anti-technology as they often are historically smeared. Regardless of the goal, the breaking of the machinery is considered deviant behavior.
