Sugar Act (apr 5, 1764 – aug 3, 1766)

Description:

Britain placed taxes on Sugar and Molasses. This was a very rough time for the colonists because sugar was something that was used everyday by the colonists. The colonists were going to end up having no money because sugar was a necessity that was now being taxed.
