Socrates was born in 470 B.C.E and died around 399 B.C.E. A Greek philosopher and is considered the father of Western Philosophy. Socrates questioned everything and everyone and this eventually led to his death after he had amassed a following. His most famous student, Plato, was born in 428 B.C.E and died around 348 B.C.E. He is most well known for his dialogues and his Academy north of Athens where he taught students the same teaching that Socrates taught him. His best underling, Aristotle, was born around 384 B.C.E and died around 320 B.C.E. He is most well known for his pioneering in systematic and scientifically questioning of everything in human knowledge. He was known as ¨the man who knew everything¨ and was Alexander the Greats teacher.
