Description:
People still believed soldiers were experiencing these symptoms due to psychological weakness but because there were approximately 50% of deaths for soldiers fighting in long term battles, people began to question if it was really due to psychological weakness. PTSD became more of a known thing throughout WWII and a saying in the U.S Army came to be known as “every man has his breaking point.”
