Changes to the Class System (mar 22, 1880 – nov 21, 1900)

Description:

Throughout the 18th century, the idea of citizens being separated into distinct classes dissolved. Power changed from the hands of royalty to those with wealth and property, changing how class systems worked. The Nouveau Riche came into play and put pressure on the government to change. This act of liberalism meant that it was no longer impossible for people to move up in classes individually. Private property, economic freedom, and competition became more important than faith and protection of royalty.

Hard work could be put in to become more powerful, and everyone had much more say in the government despite equality still not being given to every single person. The class system was all but destroyed as being born into power no longer mattered without an ability to maintain one's money, and the factory ac being passed to improve work conditions for the poor.
