Description:

Massachusetts Assembly/Government is stripped of its authority by King George. This is the King's response to the Boston Tea Party.

Bostonians are outraged by this. The colonists in Boston had been making their own laws since 1634 which is for more than 100 years.

The other colonies are alarmed that Britain should such disregard for a colony's assembly. The other colonies worry they could be next.
