Begin taking Computer Science classes (sep 1, 2005 – oct 1, 2007)

Description:

I like computer animation so I think, I should take a Computer Science class. My first class teaches object-oriented programming in Java.

I'm the only woman in a small 20 person class.

I sit in the back.

I meet Misha and Kris. Misha doesn't do his homework and Kris already knows how to program and dislikes school. This becomes my support group.

I make a short animation and win first place in an in-class programming competition. The prize is a coupon for a free pizza and an in-class announcement.

I continue taking CS classes because they're the most fun.
