Japan's Domestic Affairs (jan 1, 1936 – jan 1, 1938)
Description:
During this period, Japan started having inner problems. The Zaibatsu, who were the eight more powerful families that decided to act to save Japan's economy, were in disagreement at Hiroito since he was in charge of the military, and they wanted to take decisions upon them too. Also, the diet started having problems: the Zaibatsu proposed to lower the taxes to the military and raise them to the powerful families in Japan. The upper house disagreed with this, since they were part of those rich families, and the lower house agreed, since some of them had warriors and soldiers as family members.
