Description:
Sweyn Forkbeard invaded in 1013 and Aethelred fled to Normandy. He regained crown with Edmund's help in 1014 when Sweyn died. Aethelred died in 1016 and his son Edmund Ironside succeeded him until his own death later that year.Added to timeline:
