Description:
The French and Indian war was a war fought over around 10 years between France and Britain. More specifically, between France and the Native Americans, and Britain. The main cause of this war was over trade near the Ohio river valley. Whether the area was part of New England or France. The first few years of the war saw many successes for the French and heavy losses for the British. Over time, however, the British started winning more battles and forced the French to sign the "Treaty of Paris, 1963", and forced all French units out of the New World.Added to timeline:
