Description:
Capitalism and Joint Stock Companies were two big changes coming from Europe's Commercial Revolution. Capitalism: Economic system based on private ownership and investment of resources for profit. Joint Stock Companies: Investors buy shares of stock in a company's profits. This allowed for risky colonization to take place with minimal risks to large numbers of investors.
