"Following [Synchronicity Attack], the contingency broadcast was transmitted to a local receiver where it was then transmitted nation-wide. Despite the transmission being set to broadcast in the event of a CBE retaliation, no CBE biosignatures were observed. Just moments after transmission, the Longinus platofrm was engulfed by the macrofold point. Observation sensors detected an energy flux from a cascade rebound originating from the macrofold point. 7.8 seconds after the flux, a resonance shape appeared in the sky, extending outward at Mach 8.
