Description:

Sometime in the night of Jan. 12th to 13th, 1975.

"The partially nude body [...] was discovered today [1/13/75]. [...] The body [...] was found at 8:30am. [...] The body was spotted by the resident of a house across the street who noticed it when she looked out of her bedroom window. [...] One area resident said he noted that a window in the vacant residence [next to which the body was found], which had been closed, was open this morning" (LBPT 1/13/75).

I could not find when he was last seen alive or an explicit estimated PMI. This is more-or-less a confirmed Kraft case.
