Description:
- supreme leader of china- served up until his death
- qing general who switched sides during the revolution --> persuaded Sun Yat Sen to step down
- worsened china's independence by accepting japan's 21 demands = gives japan control over many chinese factories/ports
- declared himself emperor in 1915 = led to military revolt
