Dad was moved to CHR and signed into permanent care by Larry. Larry signed all paperwork for Dad as his agent despite having only a financial POA.
Jonathan and Stephen II were not told of this permanent placement at all. They didn't find out about it until Steve was being discharged back to the home after they visited him in the hospital in May 2022
