The great defense war (mar 27, 2026 – mar 30, 2026)

Description:

The great defense war was the war between the Duchy of the Inopenses and Inostropia, starting with the Inopensian invasion of Inostropia and ending the great counteroffensive by Inostropia and the death of Ambiorigius (the duke of the Inopenses).

When the Inopensian invasion of Inostropia was successful, all former territories which belonged to Inostropia were in the hand of the Inopenses. Except for one: The city of Dorossia. This city was still in the hands of Inostropia. And from there the resistance continued. Over the next days, the Inostropians fought a guerilla war against the Inopenses, conquering a few villages and cities which then got retaken again. It was a very hard time for both parties. Three days after the Inopensian invasion, Inostropia launched a coordinated great counter offensive, starting in Dorossia. The Inostropian National Army reconquered every city and every village one by one: Afkara, earlier Tientia, P.I.G., Pine Hills, Alpach (not really reconquered because no enemies were there), Inostropia City, Stormhaven, Krasnoye. The District of the Main Island got reconquered separately by Levvanderr. Within Krasnoye, duke Ambiorigius then got killed and with him the last remaining Inopenses. The war was over and the Inopenses were gone.

Surprisingly, the war didn't cause much damage to the buildings of Inostropia. It was nearly no damage. The biggest damage were done to the players. They lost much of their gear and armor and faced many casualties during the war. But the recovery went quick and soon, normality was present again.
