Description:
The slavic peoples of the Balkans revolted against the Ottomans, while the Ottomans were at war with Russia.
Austria-Hungary took advantage of the power struggle, and occupied the former Ottoman ruled Bosnia in 1878.
Affect: Russia left the Three Emperors league, which then collapsed.
