Supreme judge election crisis (feb 27, 2026 – mar 2, 2026)

Description:

The consul and supreme judge elections started. The candidates were SIIAZE, LuxTheWizard and Waterxw. What was expected to be an election like every other one, should escalate very quickly. The escalation started between Lux and SIIAZE. In the beginning, Lux started to invite his friends and random players onto Inostropia in order to gather more votes. Consul Daewe retaliated by doing the same, also getting friends to vote for SIIAZE, regaining the lead because he wanted him to.

Though the issues only began when Daewe used his two alternate accounts to vote for SIIAZE. This is where the real conflict started. Lux began creating dozens of new alt accounts, using an exploit in the Microsoft Store account system in order to get more and more votes. The results were such absurd election results which Inostropia has never seen before. 20 votes for SIIAZE and 28 votes for LuxTheWizard.

The Inostropian population were aware of the circumstances and criticized it harshly. The surpreme judge who still held his office, Waterxw supported the clear position to order new elections and to declare the earlier ones invalid. And with this he was not alone. Also consul Daewe supported the position of Water. On the other hand, Prime Minister InfinityZoom187 and consul Legacy whyt supported the position to declare this election valid because there was no law in the constitution which explicitly forbade the committed actions. At the end it was decided that a referendum should take place.

At 2nd March while Daewe and Infinity were in English class, they had a task where they should analyze a cartoon. Infinity came up with the idea to make a cartoon with AI, joking about the actions of Lux. This sharpened the conflict between the party for Lux and the party against Lux further and certain cartoons were made against Lux, against Infinity, against EternalAbyss169 and against Daewe. But this back and forth shooting didn't affect the opinion of the Inostropian population. The referendum had a result which was also historically unique. 21 people participated and except for one, every single player voted for yes, declaring the judge election invalid and to start a new one with the regulation that the use of alt accounts in this is forbidden. The overall mood within the republic was clear
