The Summer Revolution (jun 3, 1847 – sep 6, 1847)

Description:

A good few months after the 1st Nuom Revolution, a second one began due to response to initially issues dealing with price control and inflation. As the Great Nuom Famines continued and nothing had really been done and the economy was worsening, people started to riot and full-fledged revolution broke out in the major cities once more. However, through the use of the military, the Revolutionary government put down the rioters. Through strong military force, it resonated poorly in the lower classes and underground revolutionary ideals started to grow. The new government was labeled as counter-revolutionary and no longer one of the harbinger of change in Nuomdeim, thus leading directly to the 2nd Nuom Revolution.
