Joe: "... In other unexpected news, the President has declared a State of Emergency for the next three months, issuing a Country-wide curfew. This curfew is set to begin specifically when the sun sets and end at sunrise. The President commented on the specifics of this curfew, claiming it will vary depending on the season, and to pay close attention to the cycle of the sun. The exact reason for this curfew is unknown, but it has been confirmed that Pandemonium's Howard Probe experiment was involved. After recent discoveries, of which Pandemonium refuses to elaborate further on, all scientists working on the Howard Probe project have either been declared dead, or set off to mental institutions. Dr. Howard Jameson, infamous for creating the entire operation, has been fired following this news. Pandemonium's CEO had this to say:"

Joseph: "It's a tragedy, [SIGH] letting go of Jameson was tough, for all of us. Uh, he created many unforgettable memories. He, uh, he was like family to us. I, uhh, I wish nothing but the best for him and his family, wherever they may be. We are doing whatever we can to avert the damage caused by the Howard Probe, and hopefully, walking a more smoothly paved path for the long run."
