Description:

Dad was falling for phone scams. Dalton said this started around the time of a fishing trip in July (20 Jul mtg). Dalton had to hide Dad's debit card because he was giving away personal and financial information to scammers (6 Oct mtg). He and/or Larry told the bank not to reissue. Timeframe approximate. 16 Sept was mentioned in a text that Larry reported Dad's card as compromised and was attempting to change his phone number. 9 Oct was about when Jonathan accompanied Dad to get a new card and they refused to issue him one.
