The Boston Massacre (mar 5, 1770 – mar 5, 1770)
Description:
Citizens had heard a rumor that British soldiers were preparing to cut down the Liberty tree; this upset them. So the night of March 5th, 1770, a group of colonists gathered in the town, and some even threw snowballs at soldiers. One soldier got startled and accidentally fired his gun, which made the other soldiers think that they had missed to fire call, so they fired their guns, and killed many people.
