1) Workshops to test team from BA,Architect,feature teams to start with test plan
2) Workshops with BA,Architect,feature teams to revise the test plan
3) Test Plan includes creating Test Scenarios, Test Cases based on the user stories related to IR, Raise data request with data teams
4) HP QC activities ( Requirement creation, Test Case Upload)
5) Alignment of required teams
