Description:
The Jim Crow laws enforced racial segregation and discrimination primarily throughout the south. It separated whites from blacks. It started in 1877 right after the end of the reconstruction. It ended in 1965 after the civil acts of 1964 and the voting rights act of 1965.Added to timeline:
