Presidential Terms (jan 1, 1951 – jan 1, 1951)
Description:
the initial plan was to limit the President and Vice President to one term and with the 22nd amendment it was decided presidents can only serve two terms usually a total of 8 years but actually allows 10 in certain instances. this was put into place primarily due to Franklin Roosevelt serving four presidential terms.
