Captain Percy Herbert Cherry Injured (dec 1, 1915 – dec 8, 1915)
Description:
On the first of December, Percy Herbert Cherry was evacuated to Egypt due to a severe injury inflicted by a bomb on his face. On the eight of December while he was recovering in a hospital, he received the news of being appointed as second lieutenant. Once full recovery, he was posted to Tel-el-Kebir for machine gun training. He completed the course at the beginning of March 1916Added to timeline:
