Berlin Blockade (2h 32min, jun 24, 1948 y – may 1, 1949)
Description:
In response to the merger of the French, U.S., and U.K. sectors of Berlin, Russia cut off all road and rail access to West Berlin. This left the residents without vital supplies, facing the threat of starvation. The U.S. and U.K. launched the Berlin Airlift, flying in food and essentials to sustain the city.
