Description:
The new economic policy (NEP), was introduced by Vladimir Lenin in 1921 it was aimed at to revive Russian economy after the failure of the war communism.It was created to bring communism throughout variating political groups, instead it lead to divides.The far right viewed it as a crucial step for socialism, while the left saw it as betrayal.It marked the beginning of the return to agriculture, private industry ownership and retail trade
