Dr. Lucas Michaels records
the progress of the Glenn
Research Center's studies (jun 1, 1985 – mar 1, 1987)
Description:
"Around April of this year, uh, we picked up an anomalous biosignature around Jupiter's orbit. We thought it was some sort of, uh, instrumentation issue, but we wanted to take a look, just to make sure. Thanks to the tenacity of our team, we were able to get a good look of it within a month. What we found was, frankly, astonishing. Truly unexplainable. The object, which we've codenamed AZ-001, appears to be sixty-six-point-three kilometers in diameter. We still need data to prove that life is indeed thriving on this object."
