芈姓，熊氏，名负刍，楚考烈王之子，战国时期楚国国君。
前228年，负刍的门客杀死楚哀王，负刍自立为楚王。
前223年，秦军攻入楚都寿春（今安徽省寿县），楚王负刍被俘，楚国灭亡。
