Description:
The Great Leap Forward campaign launched many different initiatives around the country, resulting in a huge industrial boom within the country that brought in a massive variety of infrastructure. However, the agricultural side wasn’t doing very well. Most of the grain that was grown was to be exported to the Soviet Union, and famines began killing off millions of Chinese people.Added to timeline:
