Faeros I (jan 3, 257 BC – jan 1, 232 BC)
Description:
Faeros was the first Neris ruler of Heilig. His rule was a time of great change for Heilig as he moved the realm capitol from the historical seat of Pepperidge to Königsnetz, the seat of the Duchy of Neris. So too were the crownlands moved from Pepperidge to Neris. He would undo the last of the Edicts of Heuron and Severus's Revision giving the dukes of the kingdom the religious freedom they long desired. As for his faith, Faeros was a devoted occultist and scholar, constantly attempting to delve deeper into esoteric knowledge. This came with the addition to an ornate dagger to the crown jewels of Heilig. In preparation for his death, he expanded the royal catacombs and built himself a lavish tomb complex where he would be laid to rest.
