Valyria 'of '300 days' (mar 6, 258 BC – jan 1, 257 BC)
Description:
Heilig's only queen. Valyria only ruled for a little under a year yet her reign was full of controversy and strife. Heilig nobility had never anticipated a queen ascending the throne and much resistance was given to the ascension of the young queen. So bad was the backlash that she was not even given a proper coronation. She did try her best to improve the realm, becoming the first Heilig ruler to incorporate hunter technology such as gunpowder into the military as well as the first Heilig ruler since Saistriach to organize an equal coalition of kingdoms in order to fight an exterior threat. A devout follower of the Black Madonna, she defended her faith against criticism from the other dukes and nobles. She could only do so much however since by the end of the year she was forcefully deposed by a faction led by the Duke of Heilig. Thus her titles passed to her betrothed husband Faeros of Heilig.
