Provisional government declares Russia will stay in WWI. (mar 1, 1917 – mar 1, 1917)

Description:

The provisional government felt a duty to their alliances to maintain in the war. They did this as Russian knew that after The Great War ended they would need to borrow funds from other counties so they maintained their commitment until a final victory was achieved.
