Břetislav "The Czech Achilles"(Bohemia) (jan 3, 1034 – jan 1, 1055)
Description:
Son of Oldřich. He tortured his uncle's assassin to death. He invaded Poland and conquered most of Silesia without a problem. He was later forced to give back these lands by Holy Roman Emperor Heinrich III. He later instituted the House Seniority succession law. He founded the bishoprics of Chrudim and Mikulov, the cities of Břeclav, Hodonín and the castle of Znojmo.
