Description:
Bloody Sunday was a massacre in which peaceful protestors, led by Orthodox Priest Georgy Gapon, wanted to talk to Nicholas II about reforms to help the people. They were brutally massacred and killed in St. Petersburg despite them being peaceful and loyal to the Tsar. This marked the start of the 1905 Russian Revolution.
