The son of his Brother Yaropolk's Boyar, had been hunting on Oleg's land. For this Oleg ordered him to be killed.
Yaropolk's Boyar, pushed him to ride out to subdue Oleg. The battle lost, Oleg retreated, where he was pushed off his bridge into a moat and drowned.
