Description:
The Nanjing Massacre happened in 1937 during the Second Sino-Japanese War, where the Japanese military committed brutal atrocities in Nanjing, China. An estimated 200,000 to 300,000 Chinese civilians and soldiers were killed, and there were widespread instances of rape and looting.
Women were brutally raped and tortured, including young girls and elderly women.
