Occupation: Shortly after graduating high school, Fascia secured an appointment to the Providence Police Academy. In 1997, after assignments in the Housing Unit, Patrol Bureau, Traffic Bureau, Administrative Staff Division, and the Office of the Chief, he retired as a Sergeant. He is a forty-two-year member of the Fraternal Order of Police.

After retiring, Fascia worked at the Providence Housing Authority as a fraud investigator. He spent seven years as President of Jeopardy Management Group, a private investigations firm focused on criminal defense, and personal injury. He was later employed by Crossroads RI where he served as the Director of Safety and Security for ten years, working with the homeless population of Providence. At this time, Fascia is the Human Resource Manager for USENTRA Security Services.
