Inca Empire was already weak:
- Civil war over succession of the throne (two brothers)
- Smallpox disease

1529: support from Spain

1532: enters Inca territory
- has a meeting with the king (atahualpa)
- ambushes the king in their meeting
- captures the king alive for money

1533:
- king offers treasure room in order to let him go
- pizarro agrees, but also ended up killing the king anyways

November 1533:
- storms Inca capital
- the fall of Inca Empire
