Description:
The rule of 7 kings:1. The first 4 kings had a senate, though they only advised the kings and had no legislative competencies.
2. The last 3 kings did not have a senate, and those in the senate wanted their power back, so Brutus cast out King Superbus brining the end of the Roman Kingdom.
